Emily Tinyszin is elected as Nichols College Vice President for Business Affairs for the Student Government Association.

Many hard-working students at Nichols College in Dudley, Mass., have achieved Dean's List or President's List honors during the fall 2020 semester. The Dean's List and President's List give recognition to those students who achieve high grades during a single semester. In order to be included on the Dean's List, a student must have a minimum grade point average of 3.5 for at least 12 undergraduate credit-hours and must have received no grades below B- during the semester. Students whose semester grade point average is 3.85 or higher for at least 12 undergraduate credit-hours and no grades below B- will receive President's List honors.

Olivia Marcantonio, a senior at Nichols College, comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. This summer Marcantonio was inspired to take the leap and follow in her family's footsteps by starting her own business with partner Kate Silvestri, a sophomore at Boston University.

Nichols College graduated over 300 students this spring. Virtual celebrations were held for both undergraduate and graduate recipients on May 2, 2020 with an in person commencement ceremony promised for a date to be determined.

Seventeen Nichols College students were recognized at the Academic Awards ceremony this spring. Their awards cover a variety of acheivements, including overall academic achievement as well as excellence in specific majors such as English, Mathematics, Economics, Criminal Justice Management, and Business.

Emily Faist was recognized at the Nichols College spring award ceremony by receiving the Massachusetts Association of Public Accountants scholarship.
