Nichols College Students Complete Winter Internships
Ten Nichols College students completed internships during winter break with various companies. Students can obtain internships starting sophomore year. Internships prepare students for professional work environments and give them an advantage in the job market following graduation.

37 Nichols College students were inducted into Zeta Alpha Phi for the 2013 year. Zeta Alpha Phi is the Nichols College honors society which recognizes scholastic achievement and aims to stimulate student interest in academics and improve the academic stature of the institution.

Nichols College Students Inducted into Delta Mu Delta
20 Nichols College students were inducted into Delta Mu Delta in April 2013. Delta Mu Delta is an international honor society for business administration studies. Its purpose is to recognize and reward scholastic attainment in these disciplines.

Nichols College Announces Fall, 2013 Dean's List
Nichols College's Office of the Registrar has announced the Dean's List for the fall semester of 2013. The Dean's List gives recognition to those students who achieve high grades during a single semester. In order to be included in the Dean's List, a student must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.2 for at least 12 credit-hours and receive no grade below a C+ during the semester. A student who earns a grade point average of 3.6 or higher is awarded Dean's High Honors.

Nine Nichols College students have been selected to lead the student body as Executive Advisory Board Members. EAB members are representatives of the student body who implement changes to improve the quality of life on campus. EAB is largely comprised of Student Government Association members.

This semester, 23 Nichols College students have taken on extra roles in their classrooms as Teaching Assistants. They will aid the professor in the organization and scheduling of lessons, as well as help students in and outside of the classroom.

Five Nichols Students Awarded New Grant
A three-year grant from the Davis Educational Foundation based in Yarmouth, Maine is helping to fund a Nichols initiative to develop student leadership skills in a range of part-time jobs around campus.

Nichols Class of 2013 Graduates
Nichols College has conferred 267 Bachelor's, 110 Master's, and 6 Associate Bachelor's degrees on the members of the Class of 2013. The new graduates were recognized in front of friends, family, and faculty during the College's annual Commencement ceremony on May 11th.

Nichols College Presents Achievement Awards
At its Commencement on May 11th and in a ceremony held earlier in the spring, Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts presented awards for individual achievement.
